Do you accept walk-ins?
We highly recommend making an appointment. We will gladly take a walk-in if our schedule allows, but if we don’t have any appointments available, we won’t have time for a walk-in.
do you offer sugaring?
We do NOT offer sugaring— only hard and soft wax. We use hard wax for all Brazilians.
How long does my hair need to be?
If this is your first Brazilian wax, we recommend at least 2 weeks without shaving.
How long should I wait between waxes?
For Brazilian waxes, we recommend about 4 weeks, depending on your particular hair growth.
CAN I BOOK MY APPOINTMENT ONLINE?
We’ve decided to discontinue our online booking option. If you give us a call, we will be more than happy to schedule your next appointment!
Can I request a specific waxer?
Unfortunately, since we are on a rotating schedule, we are unable to confirm the waxer you are booking with. Additionally, as we are a small business with a small staff, it is difficult to arrange specific requests. However, there is always a chance you could be booked with the waxer you desire. Because of this, we cannot promise who you will be seen by on any given day, and we ask that you refrain from making requests. We will gladly schedule you with whoever is available at the time you desire.
Will you send an appointment reminder?
We will send a text message reminder 25 hours prior to your appointment.
What is your cancellation policy?
We have a strictly enforced cancellation policy. Less than 24-hour notice will result in a charge of 50% of the amount of the reserved service. Any services, or last-minute bookings, must be made with a deposit of $20 dollars.
What if I’m late for my appointment?
You are welcome to try to come in anyway, and we will provide your service IF our schedule allows. However, most of the time, our schedule is back-to-back without any wiggle room. We understand that some things are beyond your control, but once our schedule is booked, it’s booked.
